Pastor Victor Phillips is a dedicated and passionate minister who has been preaching since the young age of 14. With a heart for young people, Pastor Victor has made it his mission to guide and mentor them, providing support and guidance throughout their journey. During his high school and college years, he took on the role of a tutor, helping many youth academically and spiritually.
